
This new Wellness in Action workshop series is designed to help you improve your health with a short session with simple tips you can try, and a follow-up session two weeks later to reflect on what worked, troubleshoot what didn’t, and learn what’s working for others.
In this workshop, you’ll learn simple strategies for winding down, improving sleep quality, and building a routine that fits your life.
In the follow-up session on Thursday, February 5 from 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM, you will have the opportunity to share your experience and learn from others in the group.
