Cognitive Health: The Many Ways to Exercise – Wellness in Action Series

Thursday, October 8, 12:00 PM– 12:30 PM
Register for the Zoom link.
Did you know that physical movement and cognitive training work together to reshape and strengthen your brain? In this session, you’ll discover how physical exercise boosts brain elasticity and how cognitive training can build cognitive skills.
The Wellness in Action series is designed to help you improve your health in a short session with simple tips you can try in your own life. Take some time to put it in action in your own daily routines, and come for the follow-up session two weeks later to reflect on what worked, troubleshoot what didn’t, and learn what’s working for others.
Register here for the Zoom link. The workshop will be recorded, and a link to the recording will be sent out after the first session.
In the follow-up session on Monday, October 19 from 12:00 PM -12:30 PM, you will have the opportunity to share your experience and learn from others in the group. This session will not be recorded.
