The People of Color Sustainability Collective (PoCSC) Professional Development Symposium: BIPOC Professionals in Environmental Careers

The People of Color Sustainability Collective (PoCSC) Professional Development Symposium: BIPOC Professionals in Environmental Careers connects UCSC students with resources, professional development opportunities, and networking experiences within environmental and sustainability-focused careers.
Centering BIPOC professionals, businesses, and organizations, the symposium creates opportunities for students to learn directly from professionals working across environmental fields, explore diverse career pathways, and build meaningful connections. Students will leave with greater knowledge of environmental organizations and resources both on and off campus, as well as tools and connections to support their academic, professional, and career goals.
Whether you are exploring career possibilities, looking to grow your professional network, or interested in learning more about BIPOC leadership in environmental and sustainability fields, the BiPoC Workforce Symposium is an opportunity to connect, learn, and envision what comes next.
