Fall Jam Workshop with Nutrition Consultant Madia Jamgochian

Come to this fall jam workshop to learn how to preserve seasonal fruits. We will make both apple and pumpkin butter. This class will go over technique, equipment, storage, and how to make a low-sugar jam. Each attendee will get to take home a jar of jam, as well as recipes from class!

About the Instructor:
Madia graduated from Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition in 2013 after completing her BA in Environmental Studies and Exercise Sports Science at UCSB. Shortly after, she started her personal consulting business My Healing Habits. She enjoys educating on how to heal inflammatory and autoimmune conditions, and believes in the food-as-medicine approach.

NOTE: The class fee includes transportation to/from campus. Please allow for 30 minutes prior to the start of class to meet for the transportation. We will contact you with more information as we get closer to the course date.
