The Human Book - Chronicles of Successful Alumni

Description:

You do have role models. Since our founding, 110,000 alumni have graduated from UC Santa Cruz. Not every alum had a clear path when they started. Some did, but many were intimidated by future expectations and the professional world.

The Human Book is a new Library speaker series for every UCSC student. We know that life after college can seem intimidating. As a response, we are bringing one alum to campus every quarter for our Human Book event.

The event will give you a chance to listen to someone who used to face similar challenges when they were a student at UC Santa Cruz years ago. The alum will talk about how they overcame these obstacles and ultimately built a successful career. There will also be ample time for you to ask questions.
