Ways to Wellness

Join the Asian American/Pacific Islander Resource Center on Wednesday 3/4 from 5:30-7:00pm at Namaste Lounge to learn about Tai Chi and Yoga, as we highlight Asian wellness tools that can be used to help relieve stress and discuss how cultural wellness practices can help us connect to our communities. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, towel, or blanket!
