DESCRIPTION:Join us on January 14\, 2026\, 12-1 p.m.\, for an overview of evolving research security expectations and how they affect proposal development\, award management\, and ongoing project compliance. Led by Jeffrey Weekley\, Director of Research IT\, Nutan Mellegers\, OSP Associate Director\, and Csilla Csaplár\, AVC Research\, this virtual session will discuss the Research Security Training requirement\, when it applies\, and why research security matters. Participants will learn how research\, data\, and cybersecurity terms in proposals and awards trigger review\, how PIs can engage during that process\, and the resources available to support compliance.
