Participants will learn practical strategies to pause\, regain perspective\, and respond to stress with greater clarity. These sustainable skills build resiliency\, help maintain calm\, and create balance during challenging times. \nThe Wellness in Action series is designed to help you improve your health in a short session with simple tips you can try in your own life. In the follow-up session on Monday\, March 9 from 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM\, you will have the opportunity to share your experience and learn from others in the group. \nRegister for the Zoom link.
