DESCRIPTION:Join AA/PIRC and USS on Tuesday\, February 24th from 6:30-8pm at Terry Freitas Commons for a teach-in and art build exploring how different Asian communities are affected by U.S. immigration policies. \nWe will talk about the diversity of Asian experiences with immigration\, how fictions like the “model minority myth” and “perfect immigrant narrative” harm Asian communities\, and where we can move forward from here. \nFree food will be provided!
