DESCRIPTION:Join UCSC Dining and campus sustainability partners for a one-hour lunchtime webinar on how food\, dining operations\, and campus food systems connect to sustainability\, basic needs\, and climate action. This Zoom session will highlight UCSC Dining’s sustainability accomplishments\, including reusable container programs\, waste reduction\, composting\, food donation\, sustainable procurement\, plant-forward menu innovation\, and the Bring Your Own Mug campaign.
