Genomics Institute

The Genomics Institute at UC Santa Cruz bridges disciplinary gaps to apply the combined power of engineering, mathematics, and the biological and physical sciences to create innovations that will improve our world making concrete impacts on human health and conservation. As an academic institute, we are also dedicated to broadening STEM education both locally and globally to raise up a diverse generation of scientists to lead the genomic revolution that promises to save lives and preserve our planet. We are committed to openly and responsibly sharing what we create to unite global communities.
