This two-day event is one of the country’s largest and longest-running clam chowder competitions\, where talented chefs prepare and serve their best chowder recipes along the Boardwalk.   \nOn Sunday\, February 22\, UCSC Dining will join professional teams in both Boston (white) and Manhattan (red) clam chowder categories.
